welcome coupon code does not work

Hello,

I am a new user and I have received a welcome coupon code when creating my account.

MGX**

When I try to redeem it on the store (in app & on the website), it tells me that the code is invalid.

I checked and I am not trying to redeem it against a discounted item.

Anyone can point me in the right direction please?

Hi Eugen,

This generic coupon code is for the MAGIX main webshop at www.magix.com. (The details regarding the terms & conditions of that code are also mentioned in the same e-mail.) It does not work in the in-app store system or on ProducerPlanet.com.
