Website Maker Deluxe support and charges

JayBee wrote on 11/15/2020, 6:55 AM

MAGIX has ceased support for Website Maker Deluxe which I have used for the past 9 years. But I have just been charged (direct debit on my credit card) for a further year's support. All the MAGIX email addresses are now unavailable so my request to have this charge returned is unable to be sent. Who can I contact to resolve this?

@JayBee

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

In the circumstances you describe I can only suggest you try this email address: shop@magix.net, and see whether you can contact someone that way.

@JayBee

Hi

. . . . MAGIX has ceased support for Website Maker Deluxe . . .

Assuming the Magix Online Website Maker you should have been notified that the software was no longer supported several years ago and was being dropped.

I suspect the fee you are paying is for the hosting, I assume you no longer wish to continue to use this in which case see the small print under the 3 levels of service here
