Waves in photo.

If I have add any movement to a photo and it looks like it has waves in it. What am I missing?? I 'm using Movie Edit Pro 14 PLUS. This is running on windows xp.

You need to give us a lot more information, I think. When you say "add any movement to a photo" do you mean panning/zooming or what?

This is most likely aliasing and occurs when you try to view a high resolution bit map on a low resolution / interlaced medium like DVD. try activating the anti flicker filter (rt click the object in the timeline) plus check the Antiflicker box in the export window, or burn the DVD progressive instead of interlaced.
