Wave forms are not showing ,up clearly some jumbled mess ,the cursor

Additonally samplitude is not playing music and bouncing and dual recording albums for matrices the cursor is not working properly, the wave forms are not as the should be, brown round elongated ball. no colors just a brown blob. this is unnacepetable for the price I paid , I

 

 

I've been thinking upgrading to Samplitude 7 now not show what my decision will be. The program is acting very wonky have unplugged, restarted in task manager noluck. I would appreciate a expeditated fix or an upgrade to samplitude 7 Suite to a working product. . I' m using windows 10 with Samplitude Suite 3x suite

@Chad-Palmer I would suggest you reset the program settings. Open the Samplitude system settings and go to settings import and export and select the a preset from the drop down combobox. Export your settings before in case you want to go back if this doesn't help.

Where is the Samplitude system setting under file or what heading I've gone through all must be missing it.

What is your computer specification, Windows 10 build version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full, and also what monitor/screen resolution(s) your are working with if this is a laptop.

Are the graphics card drivers up to date?

Added: Has the program being working OK on Windows 10 - if so what changed between working and not working eg Windows update installed ?

Yes my graphics drivers are up to date Evga gtx 960, I am running a intell desktop 4460 with 12gb of ram and ssd, I' m running a 27in hp 1080 by 1020 moninotor, copy of Samplitude 14.6.0.535 (DC2),Windows 10 64 bit 22h2 19045.2311,Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0. I've never has any issue like this before with samplitude in all the years i'v owend
