@brian-johnson The more paths you have, the more confusing it gets. I would advise to use four different folders for VST2 and VST3 plugins and 64 bit and 32 bit versions.

VST3 plugins go into C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 or C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\VST3.

VST2 plugins can be stored where you want them to be stored, usually under C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins
C:\Program Files\Steinberg\VSTPlugins
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST2
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2
32-bit plug-ins on 64-bit Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugins
