VST Plug-in path...

Music Maker (64-bit) Version 29.0.1.16

I'm running on windows 10, 64bit.

Just asking where is a correct place to put the VST Folder?

I currently have it set C:\Program Files\MAGIX\Music Maker\VstPlugins

When in MusicMaker>Settings>Folders (Add VST plug-in path) and declare the folders position, nothing shows, everything was working before but I upgraded to the new 64 Music Maker package.

I have looked around for some help, but most videos are dated back to 2010 :p

( I see in store window I have VST - Bridge, VST Support etc) not got a clue how to open these, seems to do nothing that I'm aware of

Hi

. . . . I see in store window I have VST - Bridge, VST Support etc) not got a clue how to open these, seems to do nothing that I'm aware of . . . .

You do not need to open it - the VST Bridge works behind the scenes - as soon as you add a 32 bit VST to the timeline or load a project that contains a 32bit VTs it automatically starts.

Note if the VST is an effect see the second half of this comment.

Hi,

Since you're using the 64 bit versions, you should use 64 bit VST's. Here is the path where you should put them and link to them:

C:\Program Files\VSTPlugins

You can have multiple paths.
