VPX6 and third-party transitions plugins such as Pixelan's

Hi everyone,

We just received confirmation from Magix yesterday about this VPX6 issue, which some of you have contacted us about as you evaluate their demo or have already upgraded.  VPX6 temporarily is not able to successfully load transitionsplug-in such as our SpiceMaster, 3D Six-Pack, and DissolveMaster. Video effects plugins such as our FilmTouch and CreativEase are unaffected by this issue.

An upcoming Magix VPX6 patch they are reportedly working on will provide/regain compatibility with third-party transitions plugins such as ours. Hopefully the delay won't be long, but they haven't told us an expected date yet. Thanks for your patience.

Please let me know if you have questions.

Sincerely,

Michael Feerer

Good news! Magix has released an update to X6, v13.0.4.2, and the Pixelan transitions now work.

Yes, it looks good to us too in our testing. Thanks to Magix for the fast fix of X6.
