Vita Sampler crashing Music Maker

dmegalo wrote on 3/26/2017, 6:18 PM

Vita Sampler consistently crashes the "MusicMaker.exe" application when attempting to use the ALT key to change the size of the assigned slices of small 1.6MB WAV and OGG files. OS=Windows 10 Pro,  Music Maker v24.1.4.75 (UPD3).

Assuming this is a software bug. If not I'd appreciate a verification if this works for OK (as described in the manual) for anyone else running Windows 10 Pro with Music Maker v24.1.4.75 (UPD3)

Hi

I can replicate this only if I adjust a second slice quickly before the previous slice adjust has finished playing.

When I launched Music Maker this morning, I received patch 24.1.5.110

After this patch applied, I can use the ALT key to drag the slice endpoint to the right. Works perfect. However...

Moving the start point of the slice left using the ALT key still crashes Music Maker every time. I can move the slice itself to the left without crashing so I can work with it. This patch has made the Vita Sampler usable for me. Thanks for responding John!
