VITA LE plugin unavailable

Hello,

I just started with MMM and I have much to learn.

I'm trying to use the VITA LE plugin but the program says that it is unavailable despite the fact I paid for premium. How do I fix this? Also, I got my MIDI keyboard set up and I'm looking for ways to play instruments besides just the piano. Any VST suggestions?

Using Ver 31.0.3.36

@Cass.R Try re-scanning the VST paths in the program settings.

It depends on what you want to play to give you VST suggestions. Realistic sounding instruments or synthesizers? Paid or free?

The more realistic the better, and free.

I thought the premium version came with basic instruments.

It does, and rather more than basic!

Have you entered your Premium edition serial number on the opening screen?

If so, have you also checked the Update and Downloads tabs on the main workscreen?

I did make sure I put in the code and have the premium edition and the opening screen confirms it is activated. I only see soundloops and instruments for purchase. In instruments I have the concert grand, Revoltra, and VITA LE, I recently downloaded DN-E1 but its not what I'm looking for either.

EDIT: version is up to date.

Click on the Downloads button to get the downloads screen. You will have many things there to download and install.

No, in the program. That's just the startup screen. You should watch my tutorial on Getting Started in mmm 2023.

@Cass.R I believe you can download the Plus and Premium presets for Vita 2 which will give you some realistic sounding instruments. Look in the in-app-store under "Presets".

Other free instrument collections are, for example the free Discover version of Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra. https://www.spitfireaudio.com/bbc-symphony-orchestra-discover or the Free Orchestra from https://projectsam.com/libraries/the-free-orchestra/ or free instruments from Venus Theory https://venustheory.com/decent-sampler-free-editions
