Viewing websites on a Blackberry

I have a Blackberry and when accessing my site it does not display correctly with the graphics, pictures, sounds etc - It does show text. How can I ensure that Blackberry users see my site correctly?

Does Flash work on a Blackberry? Because Website maker sites are in Flash, thus the viewer has to have a working installation of a Flash player.
