I bought this product Video Saver many years ago and now when I was going to use it I noticed that it was locked to someone else's E-mail address. Getting error code -24
So what to do?

From what you write I assume you bought this software from a previous owner and that owner had used and registered it, is that correct? If so, the only solution is to ask that previous owner to contact infoservice@magix.net and ask that his registration and email details be removed and then you should be able to register it to your own email address.
If you cannot contact the previous owner you will need to email the same address, explain the full circumstances of what you want to do and ask for their help. It may be that, without confirmation of the sale to you by the original owner that nothing can be done.
