Hi, I am trying to use Videosave (purchased late 2021) to convert some old home movie tapes of when our children were young, i have a 8mm camcorder connected via RCA connections into the video grabber.
When viewing the video on the preview window it is jumpy & sluggish and when a recording is saved the image quality is very poor and shaky with a tear along the bottom yet the original tape is perfect.

I have a powerful PC running windows 10 Pro, Nvidia Geoforce 1650 graphics card & AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core processor.

All settings are set to PAL I 50hz as i am in the UK
