2 things: Quick Time is needed for .mov format files, not for mp4; and mp4 is actually a "container" format so mp4 videos can actually have been created by a variety of codecs and need those same codecs to be installed on the user's computer for playback.
Please download and install the free MediaInfo utility and point it to one of your files which will not import. Post the results of the Tree view here.
Which exact version and variant (Basic, Plus or Premium) do you have? You can check its exact build number under Help>About.

Sorry, I don't know how to do that. I instaled this program but still, how should I menage twith mp4 or avi that I can see it in the program?. It seems way too complicated. I succesed already in Reaper with MP4 and it is free program:( Struggling with simple stuff- puting video and link it to audio from microphones.. no results. give up, but thanks for help!
Once you have downloaded the MediaInfo program and installed it it will show up in the drop down menu you would see when you right click on any video file within a folder in Windows.
That will open up this. If it were me I would use the Text view, not the tree view as it is much easier to copy and paste the text from the text view.
Which in turn should give you this view.
Then you can 'Select all' and then copy and paste into your reply here.
Why are you quoting using an audio program to use with a video file? There is no comparison as to computer requirements needed. DAWS are much lighter in use than NLEs and require next to no processing power by comparison.
[Edit] OK, I went to the reaper site. Yes you can just about edit a video in Reaper but ye gods what a soul destroying experience that must be. Basic, crude implementation of work flow and clunky to use.
Great if all you are after is putting a few clips together to go with your own compositions but that's about it.
If you feel Reaper is better then you would possibly be better off using that but from a video editing perspective it is very limited and has a very slow workflow method.

Also, in my previous post I asked this:
Which exact version and variant (Basic, Plus or Premium) do you have? You can check its exact build number under Help>About.
Can you tell us that, please?
I notice, from the MediaInfo data that the aspect ratio of the file is somewhat unusual and that it is really very short! However, what exactly happens when you insert it to the MEP timeline? Please give us a step by step guide.
Also, since the file is so small, if you wished to do so you could post it a file-sharing site of your choice and allow other users to download it to check what happens on their machines.
