I assume they removed these elements. I think the only way to get these objects is to use the Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus.

Hi,

You asked this question before in this post http://www.magix.info/us/video-effects-magix-video-delux-2013-plus.knowledge.865181.html  why are you asking the same question again?

Hi ev1949

Unfortunately in some versions of MEP they have reduced the number of effects.

I think in the most part it is because MEP is more for video whilst Photostory is for photos.

When I moved from Photostory to MEP it did not have the same effects which I really liked to use.

As you said the Stork and Dynamite plus several others were deleted.

Anyhow I found them plus all the others I used in Photostory so just follow these simple steps:
-Open Windows Explorer
-Create a folder in a drive on your PC titled say (MEP Special Effects) or similar and put it in a very easy to access section of your PC. I only use C drive for program files and do not use it for any other reason so in my case I put it into F drive.
-Open C drive
-Click on Program Data
-Click on the MAGIX folder
-Click on Movie Edit Pro 16 file
-Click on OverlayFX to see what is in there.
(The Stork is in the Deko file and the Dynamiter is in the Full file)
-Right click on the name OverlayFX and then copy.
-Go to your new folder and paste into it.

Now you are still probably missing some more very nice transitions and Panning and Zooming options as well so here is what to do.

Whilst you are in the MEP 16 folder and just below the OverlayFX file click on the Styles file and copy it to your new folder.

I use 2 screens and I have the file open with all my Special Effects I copied on one and MEP on the other. When I find a Special Effect I want to use I merely drag it into the timeline over the Photo/video I want to use it on from one screen to the other.

Unfortunately this does not give me an example when I click on it of what the effect does as you get when clicking on effects in MEP.

However if I am uncertain what an effect will look like I open it up in MEP (Import-Computer-then locate the file) and when I press on them against a particular photo it gives an example of what it does.

I hope this helps

David

Hi again

Oops I missed a step.

To copy the Styles effects click on the VideoEffects name just below the OverlayFX file then click on the Styles file.

Dear friend David ! Tell, please, how you can use Styles for the Slideshow and for Soudtrack in the program MAGIX video delux 2013 plus? With respect Evgeny Volkov.
