Unfortunately, your first post is rather lacking the detail we really need to know in order to be able to help you!
First, please read this post and give us FULL details of the hardware and software of your new computer, including the FULL name and model number of its CPU and any GPU which is installed.
Second, please take a screenshot of the File>Settings>Program (shortcut Y) >Device options tab and add it to your next reply.
Once you have given us all this information we should be able to at least suggest changes you may need to make in order to be able to view your footage.
On the computer where nothing is working try changing the three Device options for Hardware Acceleration to your CPU, rather than the GPU.
Just for clarification, since this is not entirely clear form your earlier posts: does playback of this file on the problem computer show Only green square on start and the rest black as on your timeline image or does it actually play correctly?
here is the screenshot with green. This sometime disappear after some time. Play with CPU or GPU unfortunately means nothing for me. I am 66 year old man. I like videos and photography but my computer knowledge are limited. Anyway thank you for try to help me.

@zdenekrsa Hi this is your picture, @emmrecs means change these 3 that I've highlighted in the red box, click the little arrow '∨' at the end & it will give you other options (CPU)
Dear Gid thank you very much. It is working now. If I understand correctly there is problem between the software and my graphics card. I need to buy new one.
Unfortunately you are correct. It is only because your graphics card cannot use the latest nvidia drivers. You should be looking for at least an nvidia 1600 series card or preferably newer if you can afford it. Avoid the Intel graphics cards as they need access to something called resizeable bar which your motherboard cannot implement.
I think if you look at the settings on the computer that is working, the 3 options in the Program settings already commented on are set to either CPU or the Intel UHD 630 which is the integrated graphics chip in the CPU - the GT730 will not be contributing to the video import/processing/export.
The computer that is not working has an Intel i5-12400 CPU which also has an integrated GPU - the UHD 730.
If this is available in the 3 options, try using this. You will need the monitor plugged into the motherboard output instead of the Nvidia GT 740.
