Version 14 Missing VST Plug in Rack Missing inter alia

Just upgraded from 12.6 to 14. 14 is missing many useful items such as VST Plugin Rack; ability to preview any part of audio file with VST plug in chain; there is no chainer you can preview ; when opening multiple files there is no choice to join them into one file on opening; there is no cd track creator. terrible product. I am seeking refund

If those features were so important to you, why didn't you ascertain that SF14 had them before buying it?

Because based on what was sent to me it led me to believe they had those features and more. Without those features it is not an “upgrade” deleted by Moderator
