Not sure what you mean by 'conversations' and such. Can you post a clip? Otherwise when the volume of a stereo track is abnormally low if played back in mono, that usually indicates a phase issue. Also most vinyl recordings should be played back with the RIAA equalization curve, a specification for the recording and playback of phonograph records. If not enabled for playback, the loudness of some instruments or the record in general can be altered. I'm not sure if SF Audio Studio has this decode curve, but most phonograph preamps do.
