Hi, I am a student and purchased MAGIX Vegas Pro, looking so so so forward to making this program last, with all of my creative ideas!
I have sent a confirmation for my eligibility for a student discount to receive my product, as stated in the EDU site for MAGIX Vegas Pro 19. I have my instant download link, but not a key. I have an official card for my student ID that can be made in 2 weeks' time, for extra confirmation... already though, I have sent a student email and a student ID attached to my email (as a .PNG, not a .JPG). My student info was sent under the knowledge of proof of eligibility. Either way the information was sent successfully, and it should be accepted as it follows Vegas' proof of eligibility, which is as follows:
Please forward this e-mail to verification@magix.net and attach your proof of eligibility as JPG or PDF. After successful verification of your eligibility, you will receive an email with detailed instructions how to activate your program. As proof of eligibility are accepted: - A copy of school ID for pupils and a confirmation of official enrollment for college students, International Student Identity Card (ISIC). - Teachers, professors and employees of educational institutions are asked to confirm their positions by a document with a valid seal or original letterhead from the corresponding institution
...but after realizing it's asking for 2 specific file formats (.JPG or .PDF), am I being limited because of this?
The current wait has been over 2 days since typing this out. Has my confirmation been limited because it is not a JPG or PDF file?
I have since attached another file, as of 4:50 PM on this Sunday.
