There must be a way to fix this glitch that will never go away. I've had Vegas 13, 14, and 16, and all of them randomly crashes. How is this not been addressed at all? Is there a protocol for preferences? Where is the tech support? no phone number, no email address? I was happier when Sony owned the company. I'm not the only one with this question, it is everywhere, and not answered in any forum.
