Hello.
I am using Vegas Pro 18 now.
But when I clicked to use it today, a window popped up asking me to re-enter my email address and serial number.
So when I entered it, a message popped up saying that the serial number you entered is not valid or that it may be from another product. It says error code -14.
How can I solve this.
Obviously I purchased this product and was using it well after installation, but I am embarrassed.
