So I registered Vegas Pro 18 Edit on a second computer. Used the correct download file, installed everything properly. When it came time to enter the product serial number and email, I entered the correct information. It gave me the window telling me the product had been registered. Then a prompt came up telling me to install the launcher, I press yes, it runs for a second, then it gives me an error code saying "The activation code is incorrect. Please make sure it has been entered correctly or contact the MAGIX customer service." Despite this, the program loads up, but whenever I try to add media to edit, I get the same error code. I'm not sure what's causing this issue because on the website my computer is listed among the registered devices. I tried a couple of recommended solutions, including unregistering and reinstalling, with anti-virus turned off as I enter the serial number, but the exact same event occurs with it registering my computer but at the same time trying to tell me I entered the wrong code. I also updated my video drivers to the latest in case that was an issue. Nothing has solved the issue so far and I'm unable to use to the product.
