I've had great success with Vegas Pro 18, (Windows 10) primarily for audio. I recently upgraded to a new PC also Windows 10 but with a SSD rather than a HDD, and reloaded the same program. For some reason, the quality of my audio tracks, after any edits, now playback at what sounds like a lower resolution - rumble and grainy. I first noticed this when I did any time stretching, which always worked before, but sounds terrible now even with the smallest of stretches. My tracks are all 24bit 44.1 and my project is set to match those standards with Best quality playback. I've not had this problem before, but I'm guessing there may be a setting somewhere that I need to check, and could use some suggestions at this point. Thank you!
