Vegas Pro 18.0 reinstall

So, I bought vegas pro 18.0 in Korea and recently I moved to America. My computer had some issues so I format my computer. But when I try to reinstall the Vegas with the serial number I received, it keep says "This serial number is already used by someone". The someone is me and I don't know what to do to get my serial numbers back.
