Hello - I hope this is the right place for MAGIX Vegas Pro? Please advise if not. - I've logged in at least 4 times trying to read the troubleshooting and downloading Mediainfo, then figuring out where to post that text.

The clip is on my son's WIN 7 Pro PC (Dell 8900 with i5-6400, 16GB RAM) running Vegas 14.0 (build 270); Dr Who clips that Mediainfo indicates XVID codec was used? NOTE: I can open this clip fine on my own WIN 7 Ultimate box running Vegas 14 across our network. We are stumped. Following advice here I uninstalled ffshow as it didn't help; nor did the Windows codec pack so that was tossed as well.
