Vegas platinum 15 disappointing

Really disappointed with the new vegas error code 1 is wore me out. Constant crashes, can't play well with other programs. I can't get any support from the vendor without jumping through 1000 hoops. This is not what I expect from pro products, unless it's avid. It's a constant grind just getting the program to stay stable. I loved vegas when it was relevant but it's obviously not the software it used to be. I can't spend days on a forum while my classes are ignored to troubleshoot constant errors, and crashes. I am sorely disappointed to say goodbye, and goodluck. Sadly seems to be the way of things anymore. I can't even file a ticket since it seems to want infinit info, I don't even have, to be submitted. I'm not sure what else I can share with them maybe the color of my underwear?
