Vegas movie studio 18 video rotation

So far hating the new version. Just upgraded from vegas 17 to 18.

In version 17 you could select your object properties then the media tab and select roation at the bottom of the option screen.

I can't find a similar option in version 18. I'm finding general navigation hard in this version.

My video is filmed in landscape on my phone but is showing as portrait when in the import window and when loaded in to the time line. How do i rotate the video in this new version?

running windows 10 with geoforce1080.

@Angus-MacLean There is no Vegas Movie Studio 18. What you have is Movie Studio 18 which is basically Magix Movie Edit Pro. You are, however, on the correct forum. Vegas Movie Studio 17 was the last "Vegas" version and for queries on the Vegas versions you need to go to the Vegas forum.

@Angus-MacLean

Hi,

In Movie Studio 18 (same as Movie Edit Pro), select the object, go to Effects tab, View/Animation, Rotation/Mirror. Everything is there for rotation, including buttons to rotate =/- 90 degrees.
