Vegas movie studio 17 platinum says it is installed but is nowhere on

I purchased Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum, downloaded the exe file and installed. Installs says it finished installing but program is nowhere on computer. I had checked box to put icon on desktop but have searched all folders on all my drives and the only files that comes up is the .exe and the few Magix programs that WERE installed.Not pleased. Any suggestions. I have tried installing 4 times to no avail.

Okay, sucess finally. Have Vegas running. But Magix sent me a serial number for Sound Forge 14 but not download link.
