Vegas Movie Studio 17 Platinum

I have downloaded everything, and other parts of the suite installed properly, but the Movie Studio 17 application will not install. I get the installation manager, and there is just a green bar, and it does not seem to activate the hard drive. Operating Windows 10 with 4GB RAM. Have plenty of space on the hard drive
