Vegas 365 Subscription

I want to update my payment details, but every time I try it, it gives me an error, no matter how many times I try, or how many days I wait between trying again. I contacted support, but I haven't got any answers yet. The error:

 

System error

This process could not be implemented. Please try again.

 

I tried different cards, both resulting in the same. I am able to use said cards in ANY OTHER online service, so the problem is on Magix's side.
