VEGAS 17 SUITE WON'T BOOT UP

Alright, so I bought this a few years ago and it's been running well until now. I just switched to Windows 11, but I don't know if that has anything to do with it (I'm just putting it out there). I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and I made sure to give it the option for administrator. I click the icon, but it doesn't do anything. Is switching to Windows 11 the problem, or am I missing something? I remember why I had to reinstall it! It was because it was missing a .dll file. So I did all that and it worked, but now it doesn't anymore. Please help! Don't make me switch to Premiere Pro.

By the way, I couldn't find the right product to right this review for. Doesn't Magix own Sony Vegas Pro? I didn't see it as an option. Sorry.
