Vega Pro 13 Download - How, No Longer Have Email Logon - Upgrade?

Hello, I no longer have access to the the email I purchased Vegas Pro 13 with, and I would like to download and use on another computer. I do have my serial number, and a working copy. I am also considering upgrading to version 19. Can someone here please point me in the right direction, thank you, M
