VC RUNTIME 140.dll Error Code

I can't launch Music Maker Premium program because a VC RUNTIME 140.dll Error Code keeps coming up. I've already rebooted and uninstalled the program just to reinstall it and the same thing happened. What do I do?

@Dorsey-Hilliard Try downloading and installing the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 (vc_redist.x64.exe for a 64 bit system) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
