Vandal not there, previous purchases now wanting me to buy again

I upgraded to the 2021 MM and Vandal is not under features like its supposed to be. Also, I purchased a few of the AM items (example AM|Munition and I am being asked to buy it although it shows already purchased under features. I need someone to call me. Do these guys have a phone number in the USA? When they respond it takes days, and they never fully answer questions. I am getting fed up with it.

There is only a number for customers of the expensive pro audio software line. Music Maker is not a part of that.

For Vandal there should be a coupon code in your oder confirmation mail. Just proceed to buy Vandal from the in-app shop and enter the coupon at the checkout to get it for free. After that it should download and install itself automatically.

For the AM items try logging out, restarting Music Maker and logging back in. Maybe this helps.

It's not there under features like the rep told me in an email. I do have a number starting with G3 in my email but no where to enter it.

Restart does not work for the AM products. However I did a search just now under features and Vandal did come up. You inspired that thanks! The G3 worked and I now have it. Not sure why the rep didn't suggest that. He also did not answer about several other issues.
