You cannot use any of the tools (Declicker, Decrackler, etc.) "in real time" while recording.  They are applied to the resulting audio file AFTER you've recorded it.

Thanks for the updates, Indeed i was able to get some part of the answer to my question. Do you have any instances where in anybody has recorded from Vinyl/Reel Tapes to mp3 through this software. it would be helpful for me based on the process they have followed. so that i can use the same process

Yes, you can convert the recorded audio files to MP3 or any number of other formats.  You can also burn them to CD or DVD.  All of this information is provided in the documentation that came with the software or on the MAGIX website.
