I have followed all the instructions for the Performance Issue notification

Tested with two different Win10 machines with the same problem.

CPU Performance is about 3-4% while recording a Video. The notification always comes 60 seconds after starting the recording.

Tested all different USB Ports on the Computer.

The machine is a high performance desktop machine
