USB converter Windows 10 doesn't seem to work

Hello, I just received the Resque Your Videos! SET with USB analogue connection kit and succesfully installed the latest software en drivers on my Windows 10 PC.

I connected my video device with the yellow videoplug into the usb adapter (Magix model no: K0065) and when I start a new project and chose analogue connection, but it doesn't find any video input device (which should be the Magix USB adapter).

I also tried the video-S connection because my device also has that possibility, but again no connection what so ever.

Does anybody recognise this problem and is there an easy solution?

Software: Magix video easy Red U Video's (Resque Your Videotapes)

Hardware: Magix USB adapter set model no: K0065

My computer: Windows 10 64 bit, Intel Core i7-4790 3.60 GHz, 8 GB RAM, AMD Radeon R9 370

Hi and welcome to the forum.

You need the correct (32 bit) drivers for the K0065 - Windows installs a 64 bit driver - the driver is available here.

Thanks John, but it's already solved: all I had to do was to go to Windows "privacy" and give permission to put the camera and mic on! The right drivers were already installed, it seemed, but thanks anyway for your respons!
