Just wondering where can i upload/share my beats. (Im not bothered about profiting off my beats, just wanna share them etc.) If i just have the non-commercial soundpools can i upload them to soundcloud, youtube, etc?

Uploading to other sites might be possible as long as your account there isn't monetized or advertiser supported.
Since YouTube automatically places advertisements on videos I suggest you ask customer service at infoservice@magix.net if you can upload your creations without a commercial license to your private, non-commercial YouTube channel. This is the most reliable way to get a definitive answer.
Be aware that others cannot use your beats for commercial purposes. They first need to buy a commercial Soundpool license. So you likely need to add this information to the description.
