Upgraded from 8.0 to 16.0 and did not get download

Does that mean you did not get an conformation email from Magix with your activation codes and a link to download?
If your did not receive the email, first check your spam and junk email folders. If it is not in those folders, contact Magix as @SP. stated.

You can also download the trial version and use that until you did get the perpetual activation code, The 30-day trial version is identical to a purchased version except for the activation code. Just update the activation code when you receive it, Uninstall/reinstall is not necessary.
