I got the free Music Maker and then paid for the upgrade to Music Maker Premium 2022 version. However After downloading the upgrade, all I have is what I started with.
After installation, you have to Join/log in, then activate the serial number that you received for Music Maker 2022 Premium Edition not Music Maker Premium 2022 version. Then download everything as per @SP.
I have tried the download multiple times and every time when I go into Music Maker a second screen comes up wanting me to buy another upgrade to Music Maker Premium 2022. When I click on it it takes me back to the site to buy another copy. I am totally confused. How do I tell if all the features downloaded? Wouldn't the title in my PC's directory have changed?
All I have installed is the free one. There is no MM 2022 installed.
The free one is MM2022. All installations are the same thing. Once installed and activated and logged in you can download the additional features that come with whatever edition you have and choose the soundpools and instruments you want.
Look at the startup screen. At the bottom right it will tell you which version that you have. It should be 30. something. If you don't have a screen that looks like this, what do you have?
You'll notice in the image that, although this is MMM2022, it shows that I have Music Maker Premium Edition 2021, There is no need to purchase Premium Edition 2022 unless you want the new features, and credits for more Instruments and Soundpools. Everything that I had from before still worked.
I subsequently activated the SN for Premium Edition 2022 and had to download and install things under the Downloads tab.
