I am a long-time registered user of Audio Cleaning Lab. Since I now have a computer running Windows 10, 64-bit, I need to upgrade to the latest version. What is the upgrade price and how do I access it? Please advise.
If you're a registered customer, depending on exactly what version you're using right now, Magix sales/non-technical customer service would probably be able to quote you an upgrade pricing. Feel free to get in touch with them here:
Ralftaro, Thank you for being responsive on here. I think you are the only Magix employee that cares about all of the people spending money with your company. I am so upset with your company. I purchased a soundpool, cannot get it to show in my Magix Music Maker. You'd think Magix would pick up the phone when I call and say thank you for your purchase, this is easy, just do xyz and its fixed. Instead, I call and the line is busy all day and hangs up on me. No opportunity to leave a message. I write and I am told to use the web. I go to the web to enter a ticket and it wants me to pay. I just purchased this soundpool last night and I have to pay to speak with someone? Can you imagine being treated by any company you purchase services from? You'd fire them! If only you guys could improve this problem, I'd loyally stay and you'd probably get gobs more money out of me. But as it stands, I don't want to continue. You've got to be losing a lot of other customers and getting bad reviews too, because of this. Indeed I have a seen a lot of complaints about the lack of customer service there. Even the sales department---I am not a technie---I was going to call in and ask some questions about the new upgrade and drop the $70 bux. Couldn't get anyone though, and decided against it. YOU are great, from what I can see on these forums, but Magix---ugh. Hoping you can help with the soundpool issue. I wrote on the forum where you answered the question about this but I have some complications... Thanks.
