hi! this sounds like something minor that can be fixed...can you give some more info? starting with which version of sound forge you are using (for example: are you using Pro 15 or Audio Studio 15?), also...what actually happens when it rejects your registration? What error message does it give you? If it is error message -14 or -24, then this is because you made an error with the registration (this is common, and is normally when the correct serial number is given, but the wrong email address is listed...or if you gave a working serial number, but for the wrong version (such as trying to use the Audio Studio 15 serial number to activate Pro 15). check out those things and see if any of that is helpful. thanks, and welcome to the forums!

If you have the perpetual version of Sound Forge, one license can be activated on two (2) PCs simultaneously. If it is installed on two already, you must deactivate one
Visit the Magix Service Center and log into your account, go to My Products > Show More Details > Deactivate"..

The '365' subscription versions can only be activated on on (1) device at a time.
