Update / Version 2022 doesn't work

User of Music maker since 10 years with all updates. Now installed 2022 , program starts and hangs on update program layout for a while, terminate without any information. Tries New install, update ( 2020 version still there) run as admin and so on.
Wondows 10 professional last version, I7 16GB 5TB NVIDIA RTX2060, Roland sound cloud and others, Presonus studio one and Videosoftware, all runs well.

I need help from Magix immediately, not a forum ! But see there's no service contact anymore. Why ???

@Andreas-Wahl Magix support doesn't work on Saturday and Sunday, so if you send an e-mail to technical support you will probably get an answer on Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. https://www.magix.info/us/support/article/how-do-i-contact-technical-support--1513/

You can try and reset the program setting by deleting the MusicMaker.ini in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\mm30
