I have Movie Premier 17 and the update appears every time I open the edit suite but there is no update activated. What is up with no tech support or a number to call or email or text?

There is no such product as "Movie Premier 17" but I assume you are referring to "Movie Studio 17"? If so, this is a Magix Vegas product.
