I tried hard reset, i tried even to uninstall few times, some fixes in cmd and also tried to replace kernelbase dll but i can't do that because i do not have permission even tho i am the admin on this pc. I do not know what to to else and it's really annoying. It works on my old Vegas pro 10 which is with crack and it works normaly. This started when i replaced my AMD graphic to Nvidia GTX 1070ti and i installed all drivers for it. I even tried old build for 17 and it don't work.
