Unlimited Soundloops

Hi,

I currently have an active subscription with Unlimited Soundpools. While these are coming up in my tray of soundpools, they are faded out and unavailable use. I cannot figure out how to activate these so I can use/browse the soundloops.

@Tawhidul-Bhuiya Try to rescan the Soundpools in the program settings (gear icon in the top left).

Thank you for your response. I tried that before. After I run it, the Soundpools come up with a 'New' tag on the tray, however they still seem to be toggled off with a 'no available loops in your selection' message if I click on it.

@Tawhidul-Bhuiya Ok, it could be that you need to uninstall the Soundpools and reinstall them from the shop.
