Unlimited Loops Wont Work

I have had this problem a few times....

I purchased Unlimited Loops a while ago but I am having trouble the last few weeks with it.   I have Magix Version 28.0.47

When I try and play some of my songs the loops/soundpools wont load.  I have gone to Program Setting and “cleaned up store” several times.  I have even re-downloaded the soundpools.  It seems not to recognize that I have Unlimited Loops in the store….it keeps showing a price to buy it even when I go through to the purchase screen.  There was even a playlist “Baleric Islands” that I bought twice just to have so I could play a song but that playlist wont download without me paying for a third time. I am logged into the store...i always check that.  Any advice or assistance would be appreciated.  Thank you!!

Log out of the Store restart Music Maker and log back in again, this should fix the issue.
