My last purchased version of MM is 23, I updated the software and have been unable to sign in or have access to any of my purchases. All my instruments and soundloops have a lock icon in front of them. The store tab keeps refreshing and the sign-in on the upper right does nothing when clicked.

I did a fresh install and when I got to the prompt screen of make a new account or login, I can make an account but didn't have the ability to log in.

please help
