unable to register or activate; get error -14

Successfully installed and activated MVS Platinum 17 but the accompanying Sound Forge Audio Studio14 (x64) program and Magix PC Check and Tuning 2021 program will not register/activate; get error -14 despite email and serial number correct

If you are using an activation serial code from one of the other software titles, Sound Forge would not activate. SF has a unique activation serial code. Re-check the email Magix sent you that has the other serials. Otherwise you can email Magix: infoservice@magix.net and include your purchase info (assuming you purchased directly from Magix).
