I have a Toshiba Camileo s20 ,I used it last year and it loaded the videos to Magix without any trouble and I was able to edit them.

Now when I load it I only get a blank screen ,no sound or video.

The video plays back ok on Windows Media Player.

I tried using Media Converter then transfer that to Magix ,this gives a very jerky picture but no sound.

I was using Windows XP when the problem occured and have now upgraded to Vista  but no improvement,the sample video works ok.

Any help would be appreciated.
