I purchased MUSIC MAKER PREMIUM. Attempted to load it on a Windows 7 computer. Install failed, system is out of date-uninstalled software. Bought a new computer and attempted to install from my purchased item and the web page downloads the free version 31 and not Premium 2023. How do I get my product without paying again? I have uninstalled and attempted to reinstall Premium 2023 3 times to no avail.

Remove immediately your first image showing your serial number. Anyone can use it. Never publish private details on a forum!
Music Maker is free. Premium is an add-on. All you do is log in. If you have already activated your serial number, it will be recognized and you will have a pile of stuff to download under the Downloads window.

Thanks for the answer back. I uninstalled the version 31. 0.5.56 and downloaded it again from the download center with the serial number> I get the same version but with no sound pools to use . I keep getting a message t upgrade to premium. I believe I bought premium.
@GREG-MACKENZIE You're not logged in with your user account. The program still says "Sign in/register" in the top right corner. Click on this text. If you log into your user account the program will switch back to the Premium Edition.
